To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items

Stored incorrectly after delivery
Returned without approval
Because our products are research-use items, we cannot resell any product once it has left our controlled handling process unless the issue is verified.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Photos of the product received
A short explanation of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Refund Processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from PureLabPeptides.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.
